Mr. Arriola is the Chairman of the Board & CEO of Apollo Bank. Prior to starting Apollo Bank, Mr. Arriola was involved in several entrepreneurial businesses including co-founding of Inktel, one of the largest call center companies in the U.S.. Mr. Arriola is actively involved in supporting the banking industry and is currently serving his first term as a Director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Miami Branch. He is a past board member of the Florida Bankers Association and BankServ. Mr. Arriola has been a leader in matters involving international policy and commerce. Mr. Arriola is currently serving as the Chairman of the Board of the Inter-American Foundation, an independent US government agency created to support grassroots development in Latin America and the Caribbean. He was appointed to the IAF position by President Barack Obama and was confirmed by the US Senate to serve on the Board of the Inter-American Foundation; his service has been asked to continue his service through the new administration. Additionally, Poder Magazine named Mr. Arriola on their list of 100 Most Influential Hispanics. He served on the Board of Directors of Total Bank (which was purchased by Banco Popular de Espana in 2007) and was also a Board Member of the technology firm, gMed (which was acquired by Modernizing Medicine in 2015). He has supported many local community programs and has served on the board of several organizations including Venture for America, City Year Miami, Kristi House, and St. Philip's Episcopal School. Mr. Arriola is a graduate of Boston College and the OPM Program of Harvard Business School.

Mr. Dailey is the President of Apollo Bank and serves as a Board Member. Mr. Dailey began his banking career with American Express International Bank serving in New York, Germany and England as well as being involved in their Latin American operations. After leaving American Express, Mr. Dailey held executive positions with Philadelphia International Bank, Wells Fargo and Banco Continental de Panama. From 1977 to 1997, Mr. Dailey served as Founding Shareholder, Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Dadeland Bank, which was based in Miami, FL. After the sale of Dadeland Bank to Colonial Bank, Mr. Dailey served as Area President for Colonial until leaving to serve as Director and Executive Vice President of Hemisphere National Bank. Most recently, Mr. Dailey served as the Director, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Coconut Grove Bank from 2004 to 2008. Mr. Dailey currently serves on the Baptist Health South Florida Board of Trustees, serving on several committees. Mr. Dailey has been actively involved as an advisor of other privately-held businesses including serving as a Founding Partner and Director (1980 to 1991) of Financial Processors, Inc., a core processing company processing 52 commercial banks in the State of Florida and as a Partner and Director (1997-2007) of ERASJV, a bank imaging software and image item processing company. Mr. Dailey received his BA from Ohio State University and a BFT from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Matthew L. Adler is President & CEO of Adler Kawa Real Esate Advisors. Prior to founding Adler Kawa, he served as President & Chief Investment Officer of Adler Group, and President of Adler Reality Services. At Adler Group he was the founder & manager of significant company business lines including the Adler Real Estate Fund. He was responsible for acquisitions, investor relations & asset management and managed the investment performance of over 12 million sq. feet of commercial real estate. He graduated with a bachelor of arts in urban studies from the University of Pennsylvania in 1999. Prior to joining Adler Group in 2001, he spent 2 years as a financial analyst for New York based Insignia/ESG, Inc., one of the nation’s leading commercial real estate service providers, where he conducted financial & market analysis and assisted with negotiations for major real estate transactions. From 2006-2008, he was elected to serve on the Miami Beach Planning Board, which allowed him the opportunity to be involved with the city’s zoning & land use issues. He serves on numerous community & business based organizations, including: board member of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, board member of the Foundation of Mount Sinai Hospital, member of the Young Presidents’ Organization. In Sept. 2010, President Barack Obama appointed Matthew to serve on the United States Holocaust Memorial Council.

Mr. Elias is the Principal Shareholder of The Elias Law Firm, PLLC; he represents both public and private sector clientele in a variety of real estate, banking and corporate matters. Mr. Elias initially practiced law in the Miami office of Kimbrell & Hamann, P.A., where a significant portion of his time was devoted to the representation of the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) in their various capacities as receivers for federally-insured financial institutions. He also practiced with the Miami office of Weiss Serota Helfman where he concentrated on real estate, land use and governmental law. Mr. Elias is active in a variety of charitable and civic endeavors. Mr. Elias is past Chairman of the Board of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Florida. He is a former founding member of the Jr. Board of Directors of the Miami Project to Cure Paralysis. Mr. Elias was previously appointed by the Chairperson of the Miami-Dade County School Board to the Blue Ribbon Task Force on Ethics. He served as President of the Miami Lakes Bar Association in 2010-2011. Additionally, Mr. Elias maintains an AV Lawyer Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest peer rating for professional excellence.

Heffernan entered banking in 1973 when he joined The First National Bank of Miami (later to become Southeast Banking Corp) in 1973 as a management trainee. He rose to the level of Vice President and Branch Manager of the One Biscayne Tower Branch in Miami. He left there in 1980 to join Plaza Bank of Miami as a Director and Executive Vice President. In 1991 Plaza Bank was sold to a group from Venezuela and he then joined TotalBank in Miami as its President and CEO. In 2007 after growing to 15 locations and $2 Billion in assets, TotalBank was purchased by Banco Popular Español from Madrid, Spain. In September of 2009 Heffernan retired from TotalBank. In 2010 he joined Procacci Development Corporation as President. Heffernan has been involved civically for many years. He was the Mayor of Miami Shores from 1993 -95 and served on the Miami Shores Council from 1993-1997. He has been a trustee of Doctors Charter School of Miami Shores since 1996, serving as Chairman of the Board from 1996-2009. He was formerly the Chairman of the Archdiocese of Miami Education Foundation, Treasurer of the North Dade Medical Foundation and a Board Member of the Florida Banker’s Association from 1998-2009. He is the past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Barry University. He was recently appointed as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Public Health Trust of Miami Dade County. He earned a Bachelors Degree of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Commerce and Finance.

Mr. Hernandez is the Founder and Managing Director of LINQ Financial group, a leading financial planning and Insurance services company and general agency for Mass Mutual based in Miami, FL. He is the founder of "Wicho’s on the Green," a well-known fundraising program benefiting several local charities. Mr. Hernandez received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami, earned a Master’s Degree in Industrial Psychology from Harvard University. During his years at the University of Miami, Mr. Hernandez was a standout player for the Hurricane Baseball team and was drafted by the New York Mets organization.

Mr. Herrera is the President of Fenix Contractors Inc, a leading Certified General Contractor firm based in Miami Lakes, Florida. He is a State of Florida Certified General Contractor and Certified Air Conditioning Contractor with over twenty years of experience in commercial and residential projects. Mr. Herrera has developed many projects throughout South Florida and the Caribbean. He is actively involved in the construction industry and served for three years as chairman of the Latin Builders Association which is the largest Hispanic association in the construction industry in Florida.

Ms. McGuire is Senior Partner of McGuire & McGuire Banking Consultants, a leading bank consulting firm based in Miami, FL. Ms. McGuire has over 30 years of administrative experience at commercial banks and law firms. Since obtaining her law degree in 1989, she has been actively engaged as a banking consultant in the areas of regulatory compliance, documentation of policies and procedures, and contingency planning for disaster recovery. She has served as a Bank Director for Apollo Bank (formerly Union Credit Bank) since 2001 and serves as the Chair of the Compliance Committee. She holds a BA from Florida International University and a JD from the University of Miami School of Law.

Mr. Rishmague serves as the Vice Chairman of the Bank and was the founder of Union Credit Bank. Mr. Rishmague is the President of UCB Property Corp, a real estate investment company and has served in this role since 1999 to the present. Mr. Rishmague previously served as a senior executive of Rishmague Tire Inc, a leading tire and rubber firm that was acquired by Firestone. Mr. Rishmague served as a Bank Director of CORBANCA-Venezuela from 1997 to 1999. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Miami.

Mr. Rozencwaig is the Managing Partner of Rozencwaig, Nadel & Ferrero-Carr, LLP. Mr. Rozencwaig is an active member of the South Florida civic community; his involvement includes serving as a Board Advisor of the Pinecrest School and also as the President of the Arts Ballet Theatre of Florida. Mr. Rozencwaig received his BA, MPACC and JD from the University of Miami and is also a Florida CPA.

Mr. Scheck is currently serves as Vice President of the Scheck Group, a diversified investment company based in Miami, Florida. Previously, Mr. Scheck served as Vice President of Sweet Paper, one of the largest wholesale distribution companies with over 400 employees and revenue of $250 mm prior to the sale of the firm in 2007. Mr. Scheck was a member of the Board of Directors of TransAtlantic Bank from 2002 to 2007. Mr. Scheck served as the Chair of the Bank’s Audit Committee. Mr. Scheck also serves on the Board of Directors of several privately-held businesses. Mr. Scheck is actively involved in the South Florida civic community. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and is the President and board member of the Michael Ann Russell Jewish Community Center. Mr. Scheck received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and is a CPA.

Mr. Di Tempora is the Chairman of the Board of MAPEI Americas. MAPEI SpA, is an Italian-based firm recognized as a world leader in producing technologically advanced flooring installation products. Mr. Di Tempora joined the firm in 1983 as President of MAPEI corporation and was instrumental in expanding the company, overseeing the firm’s operations in Canada, the US, the Caribbean and throughout Latin America. Mr. DiTempora’s career began in Montreal, where he served as an executive for Esso (Imperial Oil of Canada). Mr. Di Tempora later formed his own real estate ventures and developed and managed many successful real estate projects in Canada and the US. Mr. Di Tempora is actively involved in many charities and higher education programs. He serves on the Dean’s Executive Council and as a Guest lecturer for the FAU School of Business, serves as a Guest lecturer on Entrepreneurship at M.I.T, and has been recognized as “Man of the Year,” for Boy’s Towns of Italy, Chairman of the Foundation for Santa Cabrini Hospital, and the Honor of Cavaliere della Republica Italiana. Mr. Di Tempora is a US Citizen and is fluent in French, Italian, Spanish, and English.

Dr. Vega is recognized as a: Diplomate- American Board of Anesthesiology, Diplomate- American Academy of Pain Management, Diplomate- American Board Disability Analysts and a Certified Expert Medical Advisor. Dr. Vega received his B.S. and M.D. degrees from the University of Florida.
